Everything. Please note that we have a two garage that is really situated for one car. We do grant access to the washer/dryer in the garage area. The driveway can also fit 2 cars (front to back) and our street is in a low trafficked residential neighborhood making street parking quite easy.
Other things to note
Please note we have a maximum of 8 people, however the first 6 are included on the stated nightly rate but the additional 2 are $15/each/per night.
The quiet and residential orientated neighborhood makes your stay safe and tranquil. Our home is enclosed with fences for kids. Our streets are well lit for evening walks.
We are not pet friendly as of July 2015. If that should change we will notify this listing website.
We also will ask that trash be taken to the curb on Sunday evening and brought back Monday mid day. It is a pay it forward sequence as we will ask the guests following you to do the same. Thank you for understanding.
We also request that shoes not be worn in the home. High heels especially can leave marks. Our hope is this is respected so that damage issues are not a problem at check out.
**We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 9pm … for after these hours we may be available for emergency only and only then via Airbnb message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible.
A note about our cleaning and cleaning fees: When you book this property you are paying for a full cleaning following your departure. That also means you should expect a cleaned and prepared home prior to your arrival. Your cleaning fee however also covers other services, (depending on the street and city in which the home is located) but may include other items like outdoor areas, pools and/or hot tubs, laundry, wiping down of appliances and kitchen drawers and cabinets, vacuuming, dusting, wiping down windows, and generally what would be considered a complete house cleaning. Our fees are also paid in accordance with California wage and hour laws. We therefore have tax implications as do our cleaning vendors and as such our rates may be higher than what a person/private host may charge who does the work themselves and accepts payment under the table (and does not report earnings for tax purposes). Our cleaners also always show up and on time. We are paying them for that consistency as it means you should not ever walk into a home that has not been cleaned or cleaned poorly. We hope that helps add color on this portion of the reservation cost.
