Just listed ! Most beautiful and perfect San Francisco home that is centrally located and wonderfully appointed in heart of Mission district. This is a spectacularly clean & spacious three bedroom two full bath apartment. With multiple windows and incredible views, close to Mission Dolores, Twin Peaks, Sutro Tower, Southern SF hills, the high ceilings making every room bright and warm. Equipped with wifi, and high end furnishings, this is a wonderful home for vacationers and business travelers.

Other things to note
While this area is centrally located, you can experience some of the best and worst of SF living; noise, smell and from time to time those less fortunate will frequent the area.

We absolutely do not recommend having/renting a car. There is no parking on premisses and parking in San Francisco is: very expensive, very limited and can result in broken car windows.

Theres a website called parking panda -- they have real time parking availability in the area ...right now for example theres a lot available around the corner. That could change if your dates are in the future, price wise and location wise, but this home is HEART of the mission with lots aplenty to choose from.



- Pets Not Allowed.
Attention: Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep volume to a minimum. The floors are old and our neighbors below us are most impacted by noise. We request that guests remove shoes upon entry, and especially avoid wearing high heels on the softwood floor. Also, if the bedroom windows are open, the neighbors with open windows will hear your conversations almost as if they are in the room.

perfect for everything

Was in SF for one week w/ work colleagues and this place was perfect for everything we needed to feel comfy and at home.…

San Francisco, California, United States Nearby 16th street and Valencia have some of the best bars (Monk's Kettle, Elixir, Casablanca) and restaurants ( Pakwan, Picaro, Limon, Bangkok Bistro, Puerto Allegre) in the city. Clarion Alley is a must see for some great ever changing graphite art. If you cruise down to 18th street, Birite market and Birite Creamery are some neighborhood favorites and if continue to Dolores you'll hit the always fun Dolores Park. Getting around Just down the block at 16th and Mission or Church St and Mission or Mission and 18th (closest), you can catch the BART (which will take you straight to SFO or the Moscone center), Muni bus 14R (which will get you to downtown and the Moscone Center in 15 minutes), the Muni Bus 22 and the Muni 33 bus (which will take you to Golden Gate park).
