About this space

Spacious In-law Studio apartment located centrally in San Francisco. The unit is located on the ground floor in the back of the building so it is relatively quiet. There is a private bathroom with large custom shower and double vanity. The full kitchen comes with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and toaster oven. There is a common washer/dryer located in the garage. The studio will be furnished with a queen bed, dressers, and a workspace with desk and chair.

The space
Unit is an in-law unit that has been recently remodeled. It has all the basic necessities and kitchen supplies as well. Located in the back of the first floor, it has backyard access and stays relatively quiet.

Guests will have access to garage and backyard. Laundry facilities are located in the garage.

We absolutely loved this space!

My husband and I came to San Francisco for work. This space is within walking distance to UCSF & had everything we needed for the 6 weeks we stayed. Would 100% stay here again!…

Ashbury Heights, San Francisco, California Our neighborhood is residential and quiet but is about a 10-15 minute walk to many popular locations in the city: Haight Ashbury, Cole Valley, Castro, Twin Peaks, and Golden Gate Park. Getting around Our house is very close to lots of public transportation, making it easy to get anywhere you want in the city without a car. We are located across the street from 2 bus stops - 33 and 37. It is also a 10 minute walk to Castro station, which services the K, L, M, S, and T Metro lines, and a 10 minute walk to Carl and Cole for the N-line. Our house does sit on a hill but both 33 and 37 lines can be taken from Castro Station to be dropped off right in front of our building.
