New beautifully decorated with back pond and gazebo view close to the St Johns River and we have our own ramp to launch boat. Close to St Augustine and Beaches great area for springs snd amazing weather. Our home is on well water system so at first water smells like sulphur but it goes away. We maintain tanks so does not smell much. Plan reunions with friends with this Palatka vacation rental as your home. Inquire prior to booking if bringing furry pets as there is a $75 pet fee

The space
We built home as a split villa each with two bedrooms and one and half bath with separate entrances. Lovely and private street we built 9 beautiful homes on it.
