Located close to many natural springs and Ocala National Park. Unit has all cooking utensils and pot and pans plus all bedding and towels with full washer and dryer. Note: this home for now has convection oven and two burner stove not an oven as is 101B not 101C. If bringing a Furry pet, please inquire first.

For GPS use this address: 101C Road, Palatka, FL 32177 when you get there you will see a new road name Pilothouse Ct. make a right and you will see 101 Pilothouse Ct. on the right second home. KEY WILL BE LEFT UNDER FRONT DOOR MAT FOR CHECKIN AFTER 3:00pm. Just let me know your ETA as we get closer. Safe travels

Pet Policy

If traveling with pets please note the following rules:
◦ Needs to first be approved by owner
◦ $75 per pet fee paid via separate to owner at booking
◦ If you have a Service Dog 🐕‍🦺 please provide owner with Documentation sent to them as soon as booking is approved
◦ If you have service pet note he/she cannot be left alone in home as Service dog needs to be with owner
◦ If you wish to leave at home and is a service pet then $75 pet fee will be charge per the whole stay is just one fee
