About this space

New beautifully decorated with back pond and gazebo view close to the St Johns River and we have our own ramp to launch boat. Close to St Augustine and Beaches great area for springs snd amazing weather. Our home is on well water system so at first water smells like sulphur but it goes away. We maintain tanks so does not smell much. Plan reunions with friends with this Palatka vacation rental as your home. Inquire prior to booking if bringing furry pets as there is a $75 pet fee paid separate.

The space
The entire 2 bedroom 1 and half bath fully furnished and turn key - private owner that owns the whole street with 9 beautiful homes on it.

Pet Policy

If traveling with pets please note the following rules:
◦ Needs to first be approved by owner
◦ $75 per pet fee paid separate to owner at booking
◦ If you have a Service Dog 🐕‍🦺 please advise owner too
◦ If you have service pet note he/she cannot be left alone in home as Service dog should be with owner

Welcome to sit by fire pit and use gazebo as a first come first serve but cannot light fire pit
