Welcome to 907 East Arctic - BeachZilla on Folly Beach! This fantastic 4 bedroom oceanfront home has been professionally decorated from top to bottom. The home is pet friendly and has an elevator to ensure everyone in your family enjoys the perfect vacation on Folly Beach. With sweeping views and your own private boardwalk to one of the highest rates beaches on the Atlantic coast, this amazing home is sure to be your repeat destination for years to come.

Your family will love the open floor plan. The kitchen, dining, and living rooms flow seamlessly together and all have stunning ocean views. Even the most discerning chef and cordial hosts will find all the required gadgets and tools at the fingertips, including a pro-sized ice maker so coolers are always full and drinks are always chilled. The 12 seat farmhouse-style dining table provides the perfect setting for family meals after a long day on the beach. The living area has plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy a favorite movie or the big game, and two queen sleepers sofas provide additional sleeping options. Large sliding glass doors grant access to the screened-in porch and let in ample natural light, and of course those amazing ocean views.

The home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Bedroom 1 has a king bed and private full bathroom ensuite. It also has a full slider door going out to its' own ocean-facing deck. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a private full bathroom and a slider door to its own oceanfront deck. Waking up to an ocean sunrise from these two bedrooms is pure heaven. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed. Bedroom 4 is the bunkroom, with four twin size beds that are perfect for the kids. The 3rd full bathroom is accessible from the hall. All bedrooms have flat-screen "Smart TV's" with Xfinity cable and your favorite video apps for entertainment options. Bedding in every bedroom are new and feature high quality linens.

While the inside of the home is truly stunning, the exterior might just be the best part. BeachZilla includes ample outdoor living options including 3 large oceanfront porches, all with new deck furniture, and a private boardwalk right down to the beach. The huge screened in central porch has an 8 seat glass dining table and a large sectional couch. It's the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean-breezes while reading your favorite book or sipping on a beach cocktail. Beach has been newly re-nourished in front of this home, so there is plenty of sand at all times for building sand castles and taking long walks looking for shells. An over-sized outdoor shower suite is great for washing off the salt and sand after a long day in the sun, or drifting away with the sound of the waves under the rainfall shower. A gas grill is provided for outdoor cooking.

BeachZilla is strictly non-smoking and is a family vacation rental. Home is pet-friendly and $150 non-refundable pet fee plus tax, per pet, applies to the overall cost of your reservation if you would like to bring a furry companion. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. The home has high-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher ice maker and all of the modern conveniences you would expect.
