Completely restored top to bottom, the home features high ceilings (10 to 14 feet), 650 Sq. Ft, bead board walls, sash weighted windows and hardwood floors throughout.. a classic beach house, but fully renovated.

The bath has been updated with modern fixtures and a large walk in shower. The retro kitchen has cement counters, a GE Profile gas cook top and a very cool refrigerator (pun intended). We have recently added a new central heat and air system making this classic cottage even more comfortable.. cooler in the summer and warm and cozy during the winter months.. truly a vacation home for any season. New wicker furniture in the front sunroom makes for the perfect reading spot.

Perched high on a hill, the home is a delight to stay in. With one queen sized bed, the house is really just for two people to spend the night, but with the living room opening to the sunroom and small front porch there is plenty of space to entertain a few friends. Covered back porch (8'x10') is right off kitchen and opens to side yard. Two outdoor showers (hot and cold water) are perfect for a quick rinse after beach activities. WIFI internet and an iPod player are our tech and entertainment options. Books and puzzles are highly encouraged.
