710-B is perfect for your weekend getaway, or extended stay on Folly. 2 bedrooms include king size bed in the master, and queen size bed in the second bedroom. The owner spared no expense in remodeling the home with beautiful tile bathrooms and cozy furniture throughout. Living area has large flat-screen TV with Direct-TV hooked up as well as free WIFI. Kitchen comes fully stocked to prepare any meals with all the necessities the family chef would require. Back of property includes large screened in porch with a charcoal grill. Back porch leads to the parking area. On the ocean side of the home, sit out on the patio or walk directly across the street to the public beach access. Patio is open/shared with opposite unit, but you'll have your own outdoor shower.

You have control over your HVAC and one assigned parking spot. Property does NOT have dishwasher or washer/dryer but the local laundry mat is only a mile away if you unfortunately are stuck washing clothes on vacation.
