Welcome to 1 Turtle Bay! Enjoy lavish, beachy decor that will have you cozying up in your home away from home near the ocean. Have the best of both worlds for swimming and fishing with the beach just a few minute walk or golf cart ride away, and the riverfront pool and dock in the Turtle Bay community. Each of the 3 bedrooms have access to it's own full bathroom so each guest will have their private space. Then, come together in the open layout of the first floor kitchen, dining area, living room, and screen porch.

You'll have an easy time preparing the family meals in the fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Bar seating at the island allows kids or adults to have a casual breakfast or snack while keeping you company in the kitchen. This also offers overflow seating from the dining table that overlooks the living room and flat-screen TV. Relax in the plush living room after a fun day at the beach. Head out to the screen porch to power down with a good book or cocktail and feel the Atlantic breezes. Couch can be pulled out as a sleeper sofa to sleep 2 people.

The king master bedroom is found on the second floor, equipped with a flat-screen TV. Relax on your private balcony and enjoy the privacy of your ensuite master bathroom. The master bathroom includes double sinks, a standing shower, as well as a garden tub. The laundry closet is found down the hallway, next to the second bedroom. This second bedroom is set up like a second master furnished with 1 king bed and a full, private bathroom ensuite. The third bedroom with 1 queen bed is on the first floor next to the third full bathroom, which can also be accessed via the kitchen area.

If you want a change of scenery, take advantage of the community swimming pool and dock on the river. Float with panoramic river views in the pool, and fish or launch a paddle board or kayak from the dock. Go into the Folly Beach downtown area to wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street, or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy Instagram shots! Fish off the Folly Beach Pier to catch the big one to write home about.

Downtown Charleston is only a 20 minute drive away. Here you will experience world-class dining, swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more, all customizing your memorable trip to this historical city. Take the kids to the Children's Museum and the South Carolina Aquarium. Immerse yourself and the family in the Southern culture.

2 parking spaces available in the garage and carport. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, central heat and air conditioning. Boat space on the dock not reserved for renters of the Turtle Bay townhomes. 2 Turtle Bay is strictly not pet-friendly and non-smoking. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home.
