Welcome to Seaside Villa 302 on Folly Beach! Soak in panoramic ocean views from this top floor, 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo which features stunning views of the Atlantic and Folly Pier. You'll be staying right on the edge of the town with direct beach access next to the condo complex. Walk easily to all surf & souvenir shops, local restaurants, markets, entertainment, and all that this eclectic beach town has to offer. Downtown Charleston is only a 20-25 minute drive away to more sightseeing, history tours, and world-class shopping and restaurants.

Have your privacy with a full bathroom for each bedroom. King, master bedroom has a private access door to the oceanfront porch. The open floor plan combines the kitchen and living area. Sliding doors open up to the oceanfront, full-length porch providing a picturesque backdrop for morning coffee, or a relaxing happy hour. Kitchen is stocked with all the amenities for the family chef needs to prepare and serve meals. Living area comfortable seating for the big-game or movie night.

There is a washer & dryer in the unit; free Hi-speed WIFI & Cable; 2 reserved parking spaces; and the elevator right outside your door. There is an outside shower & direct beach access right beside the building; and a lifeguard station on the beach, directly behind the condo.

Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property is handled through property management company and has 24-hr on-call emergency maintenance services. Please contact us with any additional questions.
