First Floor features
• Three guest rooms: King bedding with onsuite bath with walkin shower, Kids Bunk room with custom built in bunk beds, Queen Bedroom sharing Jack and Jill bathroom with tub/shower combo.
• Soaring 2 story foyer
• Mud room from garage entry featuring new front load washer dryer, shower and locker storage for keeping all your beach gear organizied.
• Large living room, perfect for the kids hangout. Featuring a new Ping Pong Table. 2 large screen tvs, sectional sofa, additional seating and an open deck overlooking the pool.
• Second private deck off Queen bedroom with pool/lagoon views and a private personal sauna.
• Half bath

• Well stocked renovated Kitchen with new cabinets granite counters, stainless appliances including 5 Burner Gas cooktop, dual wall ovens, large refrigerator and freestanding ice machine. Features a Large kitchen island with seating for 5 around the island. Large Pantry.
• Separate Dining Room with bead board ceiling, access to outdoor covered deck and seating for 10.
• 12 Foot Ceilings throughout the second floor living room that opens into the kitchen and adjacent to the dining area. Two full sized sofas and 2 upholstered club chairs frame the barnwood framed fireplace from floor to ceiling. Large wall mounted tv.

• Guest Suite with King Bed built in Window Seat. Access to Jack and Jill walk in shower bathroom.
