Completely renovated cottage with Charleston coastal design. Family friendly rental in the heart of Wild Dunes Resort. This 3 bedroom cottage is equipped to sleep 8 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped and has granite counters. Rich heart of pine floors are featured throughout the cottage.

Master Bedroom is spacious with large king bed. Master Bath has walk in shower and new tile flooring. All new bedding has been added throughout the cottage.

The guest room has a queen sized bed. The kids room is set up with twin beds and has a Smart TV. The guest room and kids room share a newly renovated tiled bath. The porch has been enclosed and features a great second living area with large screened tv, for a total of 2 TVs in the living areas and 1 in the twin bedroom. The living room TVs have Xfinity cable.

The cottage has drive under parking for 4 cars. The new screen porch is located off the sun room and makes a perfect setting for those lazy summer nights with the family.

The cottage rents for a weekly minimum stay on a Saturday to Saturday arrival and departure pattern during the Summer from Memorial Day to Labor Day. A 3 night minimum is required during all other seasons. Some holidays require a 7 night minimum stay. No pets please and no smoking is allowed. (MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).
