Beautiful and spacious home located at 305 Carolina Boulevard on the Isle of Palms. Perfectly situated just two blocks from the ocean. It features five bedrooms, four full baths and one half bath. In just minutes from this fantastic home, you can be relaxing on the famous Isle of Palms Beach or chartering a fishing expedition, renting kayaks, or exploring the tidal marshes on an eco-tour. Best yet, you can enjoy your own private pool, relax on one of the decks or take in 360 degree vistas from the rooftop sundeck. This home is comfortable for all family gatherings with specific kids areas and lovely finishes that fit beach living!

The ground level has elevator access and storage for bikes and beach gear but there is no space for cars in the garage.

The first floor offers a King bedroom with private bath with beautiful tiled walk-in shower. Two adjacent rooms offer two sets of bunk beds (four twins) and one set of bunks (two full size mattresses) with shared full bathroom with tub/shower combo.

The second floor features two master bedrooms with king beds each with their own private bathrooms with fully tiled walk-in showers.

The third floor awaits you with a gorgeous living space with surrounding views, and ample seating for your family to gather after a relaxing day on the beach. The gourmet kitchen features a Wolf five burner range, double ovens, dual dishwashers, microwave, beverage and wine drawers, subzero refrigerator and is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs. To prepare your catch of the day, there is a gas grill located on the deck off of the kitchen. The dining area seats eight with a built in banquet. Additional seating for five at the kitchen island.
