Welcome to Twin Oaks finest resort rental. Completely redesigned cottage with complete front porch fully furnished with outdoor living in mind. The plantation door leads you to an open floor plan designed with coastal elegance. Rich hardwood floors are found throughout the cottage.

The interior design features a complete updated kitchen with Carrera marble, quartz counters, farm house sink and a convenient island with space for three and features stainless steel finishes. The dining and living area features a vaulted shiplap ceiling with matching rope sphere chandeliers. The dining area seats 8 comfortably with a reclaimed 8 ft. farm table and a combination of custom woven driftwood seating and matching bench. Leading into the living area you will find original artwork from local artists with custom furnishings.

Relaxation is easy in the sun porch that features a custom indigo sectional sofa, antique trunk, game table and 50 inch Smart TV with Xfinity cable. The mud room is accessed from the rear staircase and houses the laundry room with full sized washer and dryer.

An inviting master suite welcomes you with king sized bedding, coastal artwork and beadboard accents. A large media console and mounted Smart TV with Xfinity cable. The master bath features quartz countered vanity and a fully tiled walk in shower with glass surround. Two additional bedrooms are offered with newly installed furnishings. The kid's room features a driftwood bunk bed with twin over full bedding with a twin trundle, TV with cable and large closet. Guest room offers a queen sized Seagrass bed, high end bedding, antique armoire, Smart television with Xfinity and large closet. These bedrooms share a full bath with bath tub shower combination and quartz topped vanity. Sofa Sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping for 1 to 2 people.

High speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience only and is notintegral to the agreement. No refund of rentals shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems, lack of knowledge of use, or personal references with regard to Internet service

As an added bonus this cottage features an elevator, fully enclosed outdoor shower, fire pit, and hammock. Located only 8 minutes to the beach. Non smoking and no pet policy in place. Arrival day is Saturday seasonally and requires a 7 night stay Memorial Day to Labor Day and some holidays. A three night minimum stay is required for all additional dates. (MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OF AGE TO RENT NO EXCEPTIONS).
