Relax at this luxury beach retreat at Folly Daydreaming! Only a few minute walk to have your toes in the sand and the cool ocean waters splashing around your ankles. High-end appliances, décor, and furnishings will have you feeling this is your home away from home. Choose your outdoor lounge area on the screen porch, covered deck, or the hammocks and furniture in the pristine yard.

Large, open kitchen is fully stocked with necessities and gadgets. Custom cabinets, countertops, and over-sized island provide plenty of space to store all your goodies, prepare and cook family meals. Multiple dining options include seating at the dining table and banquet, screen porch, and at the kitchen island. Kitchen flows easily into the living room with ample plush seating and a flat screen Smart TV. Half bathroom is conveniently accessible off the entryway and living room. Lowcountry views and ocean breezes can be enjoyed in your off-time from the beach with various outdoor options along the covered deck, screen porch, or yard. Grill out while the kids play in the yard and the family keeps you company.

All 3 bedrooms and the 2 full bathrooms are found on the second floor. Master bedroom suite sleeps comfortably with a king bed, flat screen TV, and a large, private bathroom. En suite bathroom includes double sinks, spacious standing shower, and enclosed water closet. Guest bedroom 2 sleeps 2 with a full bed. Guest bedroom 3 can accommodate up to 4 guests with a full on the bottom, twin on the top bunk bed. Full hall bathroom with a tub/shower is shared by bedroom 2 and 3. You'll find the full-size washing machine and dryer in the laundry room directly across the hallway.

Folly Beach downtown area is just 1.5 miles away. Wander through local shops, markets (seasonal & holidays), listen to live entertainment, and eat at one of our local restaurants. All restaurants and shops are open year-round. Get out on the water to take a fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, shelling, or dolphin watching tour from a licensed guide. Surfing lessons are available through several companies and instructors. Stroll down the Folly Beach Pier on Center Street (closed through Spring 2023), or find the local and tourist favorite Morris Island Lighthouse beach at the far east end of the island for wow-worthy Instagram shots!

Just a short, 25-minute drive will take you into historical, downtown Charleston to enjoy all of the charm that the Holy City has to offer. Experience world-class dining, art galleries, explore swanky boutiques, souvenir shopping along The Market, harbor views from The Battery and Waterfront Park, theater, comedy clubs, museums, grand churches, history, carriage and ghost tours, plus so much more! Take the kids to the Children's Museum and the South Carolina Aquarium. Float on a ferry to Fort Sumpter where you can spend a whole afternoon. Customize your memorable trip to this historical city to immerse yourself and the family in the Southern culture.

Parking for up to 2-3 vehicles is free in the driveway area. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

Fresh linens and towels are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home. A starter supply of toiletries will be provided. Home is non-smoking and is not pet-friendly. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, regardless of sleeping or visiting. Must be 25 years old or older to rent, no exceptions.
