The cottage has everything you need for a romantic, cosy stay boasting three outdoor spaces, perfect for a glass of wine in the evening, a balcony on the top floor overlooking the harbour and courtyards to the front and rear of the property. Devon’s most famous fishing town, picturesque Brixham is bursting with restaurants, cafes and shops offering regional produce from local families and businesses.

Outside Space Jasmine Cottage has a courtyard at the front of the property, at the rear of the property there is a second courtyard with table and chairs provided, perfect for your evening meal and a glass of wine. On the second floor from the living room you can access the balcony, this balcony overlooks the harbour and gets the afternoon sun.
Parking Please provide your car details when making a booking. The car park permit is arranged in advance and needs at least 10 days notice for the permit to be purchased. Please be aware that if you are booking Jasmine Cottage inside of a 10 day period (late booking) parking will not be provided. On street parking is free in certain areas of Brixham (subject to seasons) and is available within 200 metres of the property.
Security Deposit: This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £150, which is payable to Original Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
