Situated between Croyde and Woolacombe, the apartments are on four levels with each having a designated parking space (additional guest parking is on a first come first served basis) and all having individual views of the beach. Number 30 has a spacious living area with a well-positioned dining table which makes the most of the view and patio doors leading out to the balcony. The apartment has good quality furniture and feels cosy throughout the year. Outside, a lane at the side of the building leads to the beach which, like the majority of locations along the North Devon coastline, is renowned for its fantastic surfing conditions and has been known to hold waves over 12 feet high! The beach is perfect for advanced surfers looking for punchy powerful waves in addition to beginners looking to try their hand at this exhilarating sport. The seasonal beach café situated just below the car park is more than happy to hire out boards and wetsuits. A choice of shops, pubs and restaurants are available approximately two miles away in Croyde or slightly further in Woolacombe.  With fantastic sea views stretching from Baggy Point to Morte Point, Flat 30 makes a perfect retreat for couples – especially those who love the beach and are keen to explore the amazing coastline on foot or bike.
