The beach is perfect for advanced surfers looking for punchy powerful waves in addition to beginners looking to try their hand at this exhilarating sport. The seasonal beach café situated just below the car park is more than happy to hire out boards and wetsuits. A choice of shops, pubs and restaurants are available approximately two miles away in Croyde or slightly further in Woolacombe. With fantastic sea views stretching from Baggy Point to Morte Point, Flat 30 makes a perfect retreat for couples – especially those who love the beach and are keen to explore the amazing coastline on foot or bike.
