Enjoy your morning coffee in the conservatory or move outside to the patio to catch some rays.

The immediate surrounding area is a walker's paradise, with plenty of beautiful routes leading directly from the village. Enjoy the stunning countryside, and the spectacular South West Coast Path, approximately 5 miles from the village. Fishing, diving and boat trips are also readily available, so you can really make the most of your time on the coast. Within 10 miles are the quaint fishing villages of Looe and Polperro, which are a must when visiting the area, both offering a good selection of restaurants and pubs. At a similar distance is Lanhydrock, a magnificent late Victorian country house and gardens. Attractions slightly further afield but well worth a visit include the popular Eden Project, and the peaceful riverside town of Fowey, both within 20 miles.
