Welcome to your peaceful retreat, just minutes away from the world-famous attractions but away from the crowds. This charming 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom single-story home is located on a tranquil lake, offering stunning views and a chance to relax with nature. The home is perfect for families or small groups, with two king-size beds and four twin beds, ensuring plenty of space for everyone. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, and there’s WiFi throughout the property, so you'll stay connected during your stay. Plus, enjoy free phone calls to the US, Canada, and US Territories, making it easy to stay in touch with loved ones.

Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, the home offers a peaceful environment while still being close to everything you need. Times to key attractions are approximate: just 10 minutes to the Disney entrance, 15 minutes to SeaWorld, 25 minutes to Universal Studios, and 45 minutes to Legoland. You’ll also be less than 10 minutes away from Walmart, Aldi, fast food, fine dining, and Old Town/Fun Spot, where you can enjoy the Saturday Night Car Cruise, live bands, street dancing, and delicious pizza at Flippers. Additionally, both the Gulf of Mexico and the Atlantic Ocean are only about 90 minutes away.

The home’s location is ideal for those who want to enjoy the area's wildlife, with ducks, sandhill cranes, and even occasional falcons and turtles often seen near the lake. The pool area borders the lake, offering a perfect spot to relax while observing nature. Although the home is not handicap or wheelchair accessible, it provides a great space for anyone looking to get away from the busy theme parks.

As residents of the community, we’re close by and available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Please note that the home is for the use of the original booking party only. No extra guests without prior notice, as additional charges may apply.
