Welcome to this cheerful and bright vacation home, just what you need for a relaxing getaway. This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers fantastic views and is only minutes away from all the fun! Fully furnished and ready for you to move in, simply bring your personal items and anything you can’t live without. Located in the highly sought-after Eagle Pointe community, you'll be close to all the attractions, while also enjoying a peaceful environment for your downtime.

If you’re looking for a short drive, Old Town is only 10 minutes away, offering affordable rides for kids and exciting go-karts for all ages. Walmart is just a 5-minute drive, so you’ll have quick access to anything you may need during your stay. After a day at the parks, this home is the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy meals on the deck while watching the sunset, or relax by the pool and enjoy the stunning new LED lights that illuminate the water for a truly magical experience.

We live right in the community and pass by the house several times a day, so we’re always available if you need anything. Please note, the home is not suitable for children under 5 years old, and we do not allow pets, as we’ve learned that even housebroken pets can sometimes have accidents in a new environment.

For your convenience, the home is for the exclusive use of the original booking party, and we kindly ask that you do not invite extra guests. This is a policy we must adhere to, in accordance with county regulations.

One of the unique benefits of this home is that you’ll have it all to yourself and your group, without having to share space with others. You can enjoy the peace and privacy, or if you’d prefer, many restaurants and grocery stores offer delivery right to the home, making it easy to enjoy meals without leaving.

Kids will love watching the ducks, sandhill cranes, and turtles that visit the area, adding a special touch to your stay. We do ask that you drive slowly and carefully through the neighborhood to protect the wildlife. If you’d like to fish, please remember it’s catch and release only, and be mindful of fishing lines to avoid harming the turtles and other wildlife.
