The luxurious house forms part of the private Boukari Estate, whose 30 acres of seafront slopes are cloaked in olive groves. With Moraitika’s varied amenities 4km away, the estate is just 40 mts away from the local -on site- taverna, 2km from petriti village, and just 1km from Boukari village. A stroll through the olive grove(40 mts) provides a real feel for this charming retreat.Wonder through the ancient olive trees and shrubs passing the 16th century Agia Pelagia chappell(part of the estate) down towards the beach of crystal clear turquoise waters .

This elegant family house compromises 4 en suite bedrooms a spacious living room and a few al fresco dining areas by the pool or the BBQ area.

The Elies Beach House (sleeping 8)and the Round Beach  barn(sleeping 2) in the two corners of the plot, can be booked together with the Main Beach Mansion .

Huge  Cypress and olive trees provide absolute privacy as you are entering the property as well as shade.

Sun loungers and umbrellas or enjoy  the shade of an olive tree listening to the cicadas while sipping a glass of wine.

A private jetty is handy for mooring a yacht or a boat while the helidrome is  just besides the North Residence at the Beach mansion..(conditions apply)

BBQ  Area  facing the beach and the pool with numerous al fresco corners.In this property one can have privacy at all times enjoying a glass of wine ,reading a book or having break fast.

The full size  tennis court that lies just a stroll away next to the ancient olive grove an orangery and a citrus plantation is only available to this house if the beach mansion is vacant.

There is a spring in the estate that provides all running water,as well as two small streams .

The estate holds 900 olive trees ,producing extra virgin olive oil a citrus and an orange plantation.
