The main Boukari Estate Beach mansion holds three separate buildings,490 sq mts, with 8 ensuite bedrooms(accommodates 16) each one benefiting from its own veranda or terrace right on the beachfront,providing absolute privacy.

The pool and tennis court is just beside the buildings ,a stroll away, right next to Agia Pelagia chapel a 16th century church that belongs to the estate.

 

The Elies Beach villa (sleeping 8)and the Round barn(sleeping 2) in the two corners of the plot, can be booked together with the main house for an extra two or eight or ten guests.

A private jetty is handy for mooring a yacht or a boat while the helidrome is  just besides the North Residence.

There is a spring in the estate that provides all running water,as well as two small streams .
