Built in the most desired villa’s area this huge property is perfect to the last detail.

Soukia Beach Villa is  just a short walk from kassiopi downtown  a small authentic fishing village with  restaurants ,shops,bars  the castle on top of the hill and the Byzantine church of Panagia Kasopitra

The villa itself  have a faintly fortified air, a monumental grandeur which echoes the rugged surrounding scenery.

A paved path to the South side of the villa leads directly to isolated Soukia Beach.

Soukia Beach Villa has an exceptional outside area with a generous 45 sq mts swimming pool and spacious terraces with elegant sunbeds. Interiors are stylish and practical.

Sleeps 10-12 in five en suite bedrooms.

There is a barbecue for alfresco dining and for relaxation all day and into the warm, starry nights there are funky sitting areas ,around the villa, taking full advantage of the spectacular location.

Spread in three levels providing privacy in every space of the villa.

Two  minutes drive  away is the town of Kassiopi and its picturesque harbor , from where you can take a boat trip or hire a boat to explore the incredible East coast. Whilst less than half an hour away is the famous Corfu town, a Unesco World Heritage site while in fifteen minutes you may reach the Village  of Old Perithia or Antinioti lake  set in an area of outstanding natural beauty and renowned for its variety of flora and fauna.

Excellent Family Holiday!

Kassiopi, Corfu, Greece

Kassiopi is a picturesque fishing village that has been converted to a chic holiday resort mainly with upmarket villas. Walking the local alleys facing a celebrity is not a surprise. It is surrounded with beaches and fine eateries while the harbour bars can easily addict one to fine cocktails . Nearby Avlaki and san Stefano are suggested for dinner by the sea. Kassiopi is 6 Kms from Antinioti lake a flora and fauna protected area and some 8 km from the Byzantine village of Perithia (holly -around). The village was built in a valley so pirates could not reach it,and is a protected world heritage surrounded by churches at all its peremeter.
