Welcome to our beach condo located at Las Palmas Doradas, Palmas del Mar Resort. Our condo is located just steps from the beach. It is a 1 bedroom apartment with a king bed, living room and dining area, kitchen, balcony with view to the pool, lake and partial ocean view. Our guests also enjoy discounted rates at the Golf & Tennis Club, and access to the pools at the Beach Club (M-F @regular rates).

Palmas del Mar is a beach resort located approx.. 45 minutes from San Juan in a town called Humacao in the southeast coast of Puerto Rico. It is the largest master-planned community in the Caribbean. Set in approximately 2,750 acres of land, the resort has a bank, retail shops, a private school, a beautiful equestrian center with guided tours throughout various tracks including the beach, 16 restaurants throughout the resort, a casino, full service marinas, security and strict-access control 24 hours a day. There is also a small grocery store inside the resort plus several supermarkets in town.

Cancellation policy

CANCELLATIONS:

A forty five (45) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than forty five (45) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 45-30 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 25% of the payment and damage security deposit; if within 29-15 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 50% of the payment and damage security deposit; if within 14-7 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 75% of the payment and damage security deposit.. There will be no refund of rent or deposit for cancellations made 6 days or less prior to arrival or early departure other than as set forth above. In the event of cancellation or early departure once the Term has commenced, there will be NO refund of payment or deposit.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES:

Unless prior arrangements have been made, Check in time is after 4 p.m. and check in time is at 10 A.M. NO late check-out unless prior arrangements are agreed upon in writing.

RENTAL PARTY:

Please note each property has a maximum number of guests. If Guests have over the maximum number of persons stay at the Villa, there will be an additional charge per night for each additional person.
