Our luxury 3 level condo located at the exclusive Las Balandras, Cerro Gordo (Dorado) offers spectacular ocean views for a peaceful retreat. The condo has 3 beautiful bedrooms with 2 queen beds and 1 bunk bed ( 1 full bed and 1 twin bed), 3 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with luxurious granite countertops, dining room, living room, expansive terraces with ocean view and pool. It is decorated with elegant furniture and it is fully equipped for stays from 1 month to long term rentals. Our beautiful vacation rental condo has a few added amenities for the comforts of our guests, including a private jacuzzi on the 3rd level and fully furnished terraces with spectacular ocean views. Las Balandras has 2 private parkings, Cable TV, WiFi, ocean view, pool and all the comforts you may need for a spectacular retreat at a luxury vacation rental.

Cancellation policy

CANCELLATIONS:

A forty five (45) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than forty five (45) days prior to arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 45-30 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 25% of the payment and damage security deposit; if within 29-15 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 50% of the payment and damage security deposit; if within 14-7 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit 75% of the payment and damage security deposit.. There will be no refund of rent or deposit for cancellations made 6 days or less prior to arrival or early departure other than as set forth above. In the event of cancellation or early departure once the Term has commenced, there will be NO refund of payment or deposit.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES:

Unless prior arrangements have been made, Check in time is after 4 p.m. and check in time is at 10 A.M. NO late check-out unless prior arrangements are agreed upon in writing.

RENTAL PARTY:

Please note each property has a maximum number of guests. If Guests have over the maximum number of persons stay at the Villa, there will be an additional charge per night for each additional person.
