There is nothing more spectacular than the sunset at dusk. Enjoy a nature walk at Matanzas and go visit the Mound House Archaeological located a block from the house.

The space
The Home is a fully remodeled four bedroom, three bathroom property with a Lanaii heated pool area. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a walk in master bathroom. The second bedroom has queen bed while the third bedroom has two twins with a shared bathroom in the hallway. In the living room you will find a pull out full size sleeper sofa bed. There is a private separate entrance EnSuite with its own patio as well. The Ensuite has a master bedroom with a handicapped accessible bathroom with its own kitchen and dining area. The property is on one level NO steps!! in a fantastic open floor concept with a Top Chef Kitchen with modern appliances of every kind. On site large private parking in front of the house (allowance 4 to 5 vehicles). The best part of this location is that the beach is a three minute walk. Travel in style around the island in a rented Moke or Golf Cart or just hop on the Trolley which takes you North to Time Square Area or South to Lover's Key. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the Hurricane. Don't forget to see the Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away. Despite the changes, the island continues to get better and better but they are still working on rebuilding. We are excited to welcome you back so relax and enjoy the sun, sand and amazing sunsets again!!

The property offers keyless access of which the code will be provided three days prior to your arrival. Beach access (No. 22) of Connecticut Avenue. The beach is a block away (578 feet). The house is also one block away from Mound Key & Mound House. Time Square Area entertainment area just 1.5 miles away.

Other things to note
** If you are traveling with a pet, guests are responsible for paying a non-refundable fee of $250 dollars for dogs under 50 pounds, second dog $150 extra. NO CATS allowed.

** This property does not allow parties of adults under the age of 25.

**Please take out both garbage and recycling by Wednesday night for Thursday pick up. Use outdoor shower to rinse off before using the pool, no glasses

**No laundry after 10pm.

**Quiet time hours to be observed are from 10pm to 7am in accordance with Ft. Myers Beach.

** No Suntan Lotion in the heated Pool.
