Located on Fort Myers Beach, mid-island, private home, canal front, boat dock with lift and only two blocks to the beach. We rent by the calendar month per code requirements, but are allowed up to 3 shorter rentals of 7-14 days during the year. Enjoy the charm and luxury of this premier beach house. This house features an open floor plan from the eat-in kitchen, huge living room and a lanai that leads to the screened-in heated pool area.

The home is tastefully decorated to never let you forget you are in an island paradise. This home features a second living room area with TV and an eating area that seats eight. The pool area offers a high quality gas grill and additional eating area for outdoor entertaining. There is a full sundeck next to the boat dock with lounge chairs.

Enjoy the huge living room with plenty of comfortable seating. You can enjoy one of DVDs (Blu Ray) from the in house library on the 42" flat screen TV or enjoy a sporting event or movie on expanded cable. The eat-in kitchen is fully-equipped for those that enjoy cooking.

Bedrooms have new beds; one king and two queen-size beds along with ample closet and dresser space. All of the bedrooms have ceiling fans and two open directly to the lanai through glass doors.

Here you can swim with the dolphins and manatees, search for sea shells and sand dollars, fish from the dock or just enjoy floating in the fully heated pool. Convenient to grocery stores (Publix is 3/4 mile away), shopping, and restaurants.

We have provided 4 free bicycles, beach chairs, coolers, a wagon to transport your items to the beach and 2 kayaks to explore the beautiful nearby estuaries directly accessible from the dock!
