Balmy Breeze Bungalow | 307 Lazy Way

Welcome to Balmy Breeze Bungalow at 307 Lazy Way, a groud level one-bedroom, one-bath unit that is part of a triplex. One of the units has permanent occupants, but a two-bedroom, one-bath upper level unit can be rented at the same time for large or extended families. Its location is mid-way down the beautiful Estero Island, your tropical paradise that still maintains its small island charm, and yet away from the hustle and bustle of Times Square. Beach access is just a hop across Estero Boulevard at Sterling Avenue to a 7-mile stretch of white, sugar sand beach. In addition, one of the island's largest supermarkets and an upscale bistro on the bay are just a few blocks away. Trolley service along the boulevard is available to transport you to Times Square, with all of its restaurants, clubs, and night life. Amenities include air conditioning, ceiling fans and complimentary WiFi.

Upon arrival there is off-street parking. There is a shaded area by the front door with two wicker chairs and a wicker cocktail table. Entry is on the right side of the building and into the open plan living, dining and kitchen areas. There is tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has hard surface counter space. Appliances include a glass-top range with oven, a built-in above-range microwave oven and a refrigerator/freezer. All the necessary items are available to prepare full course meals, or just toast and coffee in the morning. Adjacent to the kitchen is a table seating four, which then flows into the living area which has a sleeper-sofa with end table and lamp, an area rug and an over-stuffed side chair with ottoman, cocktail table and lamp. Opposite the sofa is a credenza with flat screen TV.

The bedroom has a queen-size bed with night stand and lamp, floor lamp and ample closet space. The bathroom is off the kitchen and has a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a walk-in shower.

Also available with this unit is a back garden with patio table and four chairs, as well as a couple of other chairs and a cocktail table, all in a great tropical setting.
