This luxury high-rise resort has many amenities and is situated on 10 tropically landscaped acres on the Gulf of Mexico, where you will find seven miles of sugar sand beach at your doorstep. There is a heated pool, tennis courts, ample parking, outdoor gas grills and coin-operated laundry facility in each of the three buildings. There is an island trolley stop out front, and across the street is the Santini Marina Plaza with its numerous shops and restaurants. There is a marina behind the Plaza with a restaurant, as well as boat and charter rentals. This resort is located closer to the southern end of the island and makes it an easy drive south to Lovers Key, Bonita Springs, Naples and Marco Island. The condo has complimentary WiFi and all linens and towels are provided.

This condo is a nicely furnished corner unit that has an awesome panoramic view of the beaches and Gulf of Mexico. It is climate controlled and has cool tile flooring. The open plan layout upon entry consists of the kitchen, living and dining area with balcony. The kitchen has granite countertops, a stainless steel sink with disposal, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, glasstop range with self-cleaning oven and built-in above range microwave. If desired everything necessary to prepare full course meals is available. The dining area has a table seating four. The living area has a full size sleeper-sofa, coffee table, end table, floor lamp, and a corner chair. There is also a credenza with large flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors to the furnished balcony with its view of the Gulf of Mexico, Sanibel Island and the resort pool.

The bedroom offers a king-size bed, night stands, lamps and a corner desk. The view from here is of the tropical grounds and pool area. There are two custom closets with mirrored doors, and for privacy there is a floor to ceiling accordion door. ***If you are bringing a pet with you there is additional paperwork that will be sent over for execution and is due 30 days prior to your arrival. All pets must be registered with the office.

When the owner of a pet arrives on the premises, they must check-in with the office to receive the pet's high-visibility identification lease. If the pet is approved a $10.00 leash fee is to be paid which will be refunded at the end of their stay. All pets must be current on their Rabies and DHPP vaccine at the time of their stay. An intestinal parasite screening is required within 6 months of the arrival date and proof of purchase of flea and tick prevention is required through occupancy dates.
