Newly remodeled, direct Gulf facing. Unit 607-A. This one bedroom condo is located directly on a very nice stretch of Fort Myers Beach. You are within feet of the Gulf. The condo and the complex has all the amenities that you would need to relax and enjoy the Gulf Waters. In renting this condo, you are located at the heart of Fort Myers Beach with its sugar sand. The complex is equipped with a lovely gated pool; outdoor grills; and more. In addition to the gorgeous weather in Florida, there are many excellent activities in the area to enjoy. What more can be said?

This unit was recently purchased for its outstanding location and views. The owners have been renting for many years and have had terrific reviews on all of the other properties they have in the portfolio.

Previously many updates were completed. In June 2022, new Quartz counter tops were installed along with new sink and kitchen faucet. Additional bathroom upgrades were also just completed.

This building is located right on the sand. This owner has an excellent reputation for delivering exactly what is advertised. The property complex is well maintained with a very nice pool area. The property is located on a nice clean section of the Beach and is only a short distance from good restaurants, bars, liquor stores, and many other amenities.

While we would love to accept every inquiry, we operate on a first booked, first committed basis only. The unit is considered committed once a signed rental agreement is executed. It is then removed form the calendar for the dates agreed upon.

In addition to a signed rental agreement, we do require a refundable damage deposit of $200. The only typical fee is a post stay cleaning company fee, which is deducted from the damage deposit prior to its return.
