Welcome to Lazy Lobster Lower Level, a one-bedroom, one-bath recently renovated vacation getaway located in a quiet neighborhood at the northern end of Estero Island. This vacation destination is less than a 2-minute walk to Estero Boulevard with its 7 miles of white sugar sand beach accessed at Beach Access Point 33, just next to Hooter's restaurant. There is a wide choice of restaurants and night life within walking or biking distance. Many water activities are available, such as parasailing, jet ski rentals and fishing charters. Amenities include complimentary WiFi, air conditioning, all linens and towels provided and a shared laundry also on the lower level.

On arrival there is ample off-street parking and one covered parking space. Entry to Lazy Lobster Lower Level is into the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas. There is a combination of tile and wood tile flooring throughout. The kitchen has granite counter tops and cabinets stocked with all the necessary items to prepare full-course meals if so desired. Appliances include a glasstop range with convection oven, a mini dishwasher, an above-counter microwave oven and a refrigerator/freezer. There is also a convenient Keurig coffee maker. The adjacent dining area has a buffet with lamp and a table seating four. This flows into the living area which has a leather sleeper-sofa, accent tables and lamps and a coffee table on an area rug. Opposite the seating area is a wicker chair with cocktail table and a credenza with a wall-mounted large flat screen TV above. Sliding glass doors from the living area provide access out to a covered deck furnished with a table seating four, two other chairs and a cocktail table, as well as lounge chairs and cocktail table out in the back yard.

The comfortable bedroom has a queen-size bed, night stands and lamps, a corner chair, ample closet space, a 4-drawer chest and a triple dresser with lamp. There is also a wall-mounted flat screen TV. Off the kitchen is the bathroom with a single-piece vanity with lavatory and storage space beneath, commode and a nicely tiled combination tub/shower.

Just outside the entrance to this unit off the carport area are two sets of chairs with cocktail tables, a gas grill and a convenient outdoor shower to rinse the sand off after a day at the beach.
