The Ideal location in convenient West Sedona only steps to some of Sedona's best hiking/ biking trails. groceries, shopping, movie theaters, and restaurants all within 1/4 mile.
Freshly remodeled with new bathrooms, kitchen, and rustic flooring. We provide comfy beds, cotton sheets and towels and we only use eco friendly products to clean. Shared Laundry room with washer/dryer on site and we only use safe cleaning products.

The space
We have adorned this home with beautiful furnishings, cozy gathering areas both inside and out. Awesome, spacious courtyard with red rock view- Satellite TV including movie and music channels. This home is well maintained by the owner who sometimes lives across the street and has been a Super Host for many years.

We stand out from other vacation rentals providing many special touches. Included in this list is a full size desk which looks out on the indiginous junipers The spacious front patio with outdoor dining & lounging. Washer/Dryer, manicured landscaping. Best of all, this home is just steps away from top rated hiking trail. . Our bedding includes pillow topped mattresses in both bedrooms, Mattress Covers, high thread count cotton sheets, Down blankets upon request, throw blankets, and quilts. We make snuggling easy! Our kitchen is excellently equipped with upscale NEW appliances including microwave, oven, French door fridge, tea kettle and french press. Ample dishes, glasses and pots and pans for entertaining.

You have access to the WHOLE upper floor, 1500 sq ft with an additional HUGE deck off the master bedroom and a private patio in front.. There is an additional unit downstairs which can be rented separately

The rental home is in West Sedona, my favorite area in our community. All within 2 miles you will find 2 theaters , 4 grocery stores, the pubic library, the 2 public parks, public tennis courts, community pool, 3 yoga studios, a variety of restaurants and cafes, a couple of art galleries, coffee houses, a gluten free bakery, professional buildings and gas stations The Harkins 6 Theater and the Mary D. Fisher Sedona International Film Festival Theater are within walking distance where almost every night you can view an exciting movie or documentary. Also in West Sedona, you will find one of Sedona's best hiking trails just a short distance (7 homes) to the National Forest. There is also great mountain biking trails at the end of the street. Getting around To move easily throughout town, there is the Sedona Trolly and also a bus system, the Verde Lynx, which runs from the Village of Oak Creek through Sedona and to Cottonwood.
