Please respect our well cared for home and be a kind neighbor during your stay.. UPON ARRIVAL, Please pull forward and to the end of the driveway on the concrete pad TO THE RIGHT OF THE HOUSE. PLEASE READ OUR WELCOME MANUEL. Pets are not allowed without PRIOR approval. APPROVED pets will be subject to a $50 to $100 pet fee. Pets are not allowed on the furniture. This is a non-smoking home. Number of guests brought on property must match the number of guests listed on the contract. Others are prohibited and rental agreement may terminate. Vehicles: Please let us know if you are bringing more than one vehicle. Trailers and motor homes are not allowed unless approved by the owner Be kind to the neighbors and follow the dark skies and noise ordinances of the community. Keep lights and noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Lost keys are subject to a $35 fee Refund of damage deposit: We base our cleaning fees on number of guests and average time that it takes to clean the property. Any additional cleaning time needed due to excessive messes will be taken out of your damage deposit at $25/hour. Dishes need to be in dishwasher and machine started before check out. Sedona Vacation Homes by Suzi Heath I have lived in Sedona 37years. I opened up one of Sedona's first clothing stores, Dahling It's You in 1990 and sold it in 1998 so that I could raise my 2 boys. I then got into staging homes and interior design and later getting my real estate license in 2008. I feel that I have created my perfect career by blending my skills.
