About this space

Steps to Red Rock Hiking Trails!!! Restaurants, galleries, Movie Theaters and 3 Grocery Stores, one being organic all within 1/2 mile. Beautiful, spacious private en-suite downstairs of a lovely home. Unique decor, indoor/outdoor dining. Patio w/ tree & barbecue.. The cool kitchen w/ tea kettle, coffee press, milk frother (for quick cappuccinos), cooking utensils, toaster oven, hot-plate, mini fridge/freezer & ALKALINE WATER! Ideal location, close to EVERYTHING. Dine, hike, relax, tour, shop,

The space
Nestled under a beautiful Juniper tree, is your vacation sanctuary. Peaceful and relaxing with a double Antique Wedding bed from Bali as well as a double sofa sleeper. Hi def TV with music and movie channels. Efficient kitchen- we provide coffee and tea, oil diffuser to heal the body and alkaline water to rejuvinate and heal. I have collected treasures from far away places, my favorite being the coffee table- an antique wooden stroller from India made of camel saddles.This place is fun and different and very comfortable for your vacation needs.

Guest access
Guests have their own haven downstairs and everything that they need- 2 double sleeping beds, bath/shower, linen closet with lots of towels, sheets and blankets and a variety of pillows. Hall and private bath is also for the guests The private patio that you enter is NOT shared and is for your pleasure only. The backyard belongs to the guests staying upstairs which is another vacation rental that only accepts 1-2 persons. Often I am staying there alone with my dog Tami and my mom's dog, Phantom, but when I am not there, it is rented on Airbnb

Other things to note
Our suite is very well appointed with all your cooking needs, great linens, fresh towels, oil diffuser, and wonderful courtyard.
The pull out couch and bed are both double size. The Bali bed is up against the wall
The stairs leading up to our private area of the house has a locking barn door so the space is very private, You may hear noises or people walking upstairs. While I am there, I am conscious of the guest's needs for a peaceful stay and surroundings. You may occassionally hear the garage opening and closing, the pitter patter of feet upstairs, or may be greeted by our very social dogs, Tami and Phantom
They loves people and enjoy welcoming the guests personally.

Pet(s) live on property — I have the sweetest doggie ever. She LOVES to greet the guests and say hello- She may bark if she hears someone coming to the front door. Potential for noise — Living upstairs- Soft voices during the day, Music, feet, talking. Some spaces are shared — The guests will share the downstairs hall into the garage unless they request differently. Our home is in West Sedona, my favorite area in our sweet town. West Sedona is where the movie theaters are as well as shopping, hiking, galleries and restaurants. We have Harkins 6 and the Mary Fisher Sedona International Film Festival theater, all within walking distance where almost every night you can view a conscious movie or documentary. Also in West Sedona, you will find 3 grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and best of all, one of Sedona's best hiking trails just minutes walkimg distance ( ONLY 6 homes away) . This trail is also great for mountain biking, bird watching, with Wildflowers in May as my favorite season. Getting around To move easily throughout town, there is the Sedona Trolly and also a bus system, the Verde Lynx, which runs from the Village of Oak Creek, through Sedona and to Cottonwood.
