About this space

Elegant, very bright newly remodeled modern home close to hiking, grocery stores, movie theater, brewery and restaurants.
This home is on the second floor with great views and a boasting backyard equipped with Jacuzzi and waterfall pond
This is my personal home that I rent when I travel guaranteeing a comfortable stay with it’s many amenities

The space
This home is tastefully decorated with fine furnishings and linens. Every corner is appointed beautifully. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood but just steps from one of Sedona’s best hiking trails. Gorgeous views from the living room, kitchen and bedrooms

Guest access
The whole backyard including the jacuzzi is for your use only

Other things to note
Please observe the dark sky ordinance and have all outdoor lights off by 10 PM as well as any noises. The downstairs is the second unit

There are three grocery stores all in walking distance, as well as the local brewery, movie theater and restaurants Getting around I recommend bringing a car as there are so many things to see in the surrounding Verde Valley area. There is also the Verde Lynks bus system
