Very Private Urban Orchard with Fenced Pool-Family Friendly

Come visit our small urban backyard orchard in the making...Orange/Lemon/Lime/Grapefruit/Peach/Apricot.

This inviting 1832 sq ft , 4 bedroom (2 Kings,1 Queen,1 Double)- 2 1/2 bathroom home is perfect for family as it has a fenced pool and snowbirds ,up to 6 guests maximum-after 4 guests add $35/night for the 5th or 6th guest.(We require a rental lease signed and as well our pool heater is an additional $30/day US if you want it turned on. In the months of Dec,Jan & Feb the pool heater is unavailable for your use). It's location is convenient to shopping, many golf courses, parks and is 10-20 mins from major sporting venues, spring baseball training, and restaurants. Free WIFI throughout property and 36 channel antenna TV with DVD box access to your NETFLIX account (two TV's). The main floor master bedroom has king bed, large walk-in closet and en suite. It also includes a walk out to the backyard which has a gorgeous custom designed heated pool ( December/January/February pool heater is unavailable). Our urban orchard is growing with 4 palms, Lemon/Lime/Grapefruit/Orange/Apricot/Peach with fruit available for picking when in season. Pick only what you can eat on-site please. The upstairs Great Room has a King bed bedroom and warm decor. Upstairs also has a queen size bedroom and a double bed bedroom. Well equipped modern Kitchen has everything you could need including: 12 cup coffee maker, Kuerig coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, dishes and utensils. The covered backyard deck is a great place to eat dinner, BBQ, w/glass top table/6 chairs, or you can choose to eat in the kitchen at the modern dining table with seating for 4 and 2 barstools at kitchen bar nook. The pool has a shallow end for children. Pool comes with umbrellas and in pool seating for those blazing hot days. NO LIFE JACKETS on premises. The perfect spot for your next family vacation!
