About this space

You really can’t beat this location—right in the desirable Peter Howell neighborhood, with easy access to everything Tucson has to offer. When we say “close to everything,” we seriously mean everything! The house has a spacious living room with a big comfy sectional, a Samsung 75” TV, and plenty of room to relax. There’s a full kitchen, two full bathrooms, one king bed, and two queen beds ( 3 br total ! )

Experience comfort and convenience in this beautifully appointed home, perfectly situated in Tucson’s desirable Peter Howell neighborhood. Once our primary residence, this thoughtfully designed space blends modern amenities with a welcoming layout ideal for families or groups.

Enjoy a spacious living room with a sleek sectional and 75” smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, and three well-furnished bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens). With room for everyone and an unbeatable central location, this home is the perfect base for your Tucson stay.

The entire house and the back yard and side yard.

Other things to note
-Laundry is outside and shared with casita next door.

- Parking - please park your car in the driveway. Covered parking available behind house under carport upon request

- Bikes - please request prior to arrival

- Kayak - it’s inflatable and available upon request only.

- Baby gear - i.e. a height chair, packnplay etc is needed please let us know so we can have it ready for you.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Put all linens ( minus comforters and shams ) in the washer and start

Empty fridge and Take out all trash

Sign guest book !

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Tucson Vacation Homes by John Taylor Bard I'm originally from Oxford Pennsylvania though Arizona has been my home since 1997 and I absolutely love it! Cooking, gardening and reading are just a few of my favorite things to do in my spare time. Just started my apt in Fukuoka as rental , for I plan on returning to Arizona here in the near future, though Fukuoka will always be "home". Keeping my place there keeps me connected for when I return, Which will be 2-3 times annually. Very much a people person, and this Vacation Rental has been rather fun..:) Why they chose this property It has been in the family for Years, My Mothers place to find solace after practicing. Now, that her kids are grown and she's not able to make it as much, she wants to see other families make the memories she had in Classic Cape May . Located just 3 blocks back from Ocean Drive on Idaho Ave, this place is truly a " Classic Cape Bungalow " .What makes this property unique- 3 blocks to the beach.- Beautifull Sunporch ( with heated floors coming soon )- Pet friendly- Safe, Private and Romantic
