Newly & thoughtfully designed & furnished. Color & Light-filled HAUS. Modern & out-of-the-ordinary. Inspiring. Restful. Modern. Awesome Tech with Alexa. Super-comfortable & clean with European comforts, beds & bedding. Good LivingRoom with 70"TV with Streaming, & gas Fireplace. Nicely equipped Kitchen. In a good, quiet tree-lined neighborhood, walk 2 blocks to Downtown. Very pleasant just to walk around our neighborhood...

A great home-base for Grand Canyon & Sedona day tripping!

An excellent place to stay for business travelers: good work-stations. Printer, Phone & good connections.

BEDS: All our bedding is new European Down (comforters & pillows), with Natural Latex mattresses on Birchwood Slats. Uber restful.
