4 Bedroom - 3 Bathroom modern home backing forest and the Flagstaff Urban Trail

This newly renovated single level home features a large chef's kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and a hot tub on the large rear deck! Luxury finishes include new hardwood cabinets, hand scraped wood floors, gorgeous kitchen and custom travertine bathrooms. The large rear deck is elevated above the pine forest and the Flagstaff Urban Trail system where you can hike and bike on over 50 miles of trails!

There are 2 master bedrooms with each containing a deluxe king size bed, HDTV w/ TiVo and a spa like bathroom suite. The sizable 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed while the 4th bedroom has 2 full size (double) beds. The home will comfortably sleep 10 people with an additional 2 people on an inflatable queen size bed. From inside this gorgeous home, you will enjoy the beautiful scenery of the ponderosa pine trees seen through the dramatic great room windows that extend upward towards the peaked ceiling.

This ideal Flagstaff location is perfectly situation with convenient proximity to local restaurants, entertainment, stores, Northern Arizona University and downtown Flagstaff. Here are a few items that we would especially appreciate:

• Please remove shoes when entering home. Dirt, debris and moisture from shoes can cause scratches or damage to hard wood flooring. Dirty shoes can also dirty carpet and cause stains. If shoes or clothes are wet from snow or rain, please be sure to put these items in the garage PRIOR to entering the home. Moisture on wood floors can cause SIGNIFICANT damage.

• Please close any windows or doors during inclement weather to prevent damage from rain, snow or dirt from dust storms from entering the home.

• Please be aware of quiet hours between 9:00pm and 8:00am as to not disturb neighbors.

• NO smoking in the home or on the premises.

• This home is a nut-free home. In an effort to make the home safe for those with severe nut allergies, we ask that you refrain from bringing nuts and nut based products (peanut butter, granola bars, trail mix) into the home. Please be cautious with other known allergens including dairy (milk, cheese) and eggs.

• If you plan to use the hot tub, please be sure to wash off any lotions, oils or sunscreens on your body prior to entering hot tub.

• We will prepare a vacation rental agreement to be signed prior to your stay.
