When guests enter the home, they are greeted with the warm welcome feel and Instagram worthy walls! The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need, including Ninja Coffee maker and grinder, Ninja blender, air fryer and gas range stove! Large counter space is perfect for laying out the family spread or sitting for a meal with bar seating for four. The dining area has a table for eight. You won't miss your favorite shows, as the living room comes equipped with a 65" smart tv in the living room, with plenty of seating on the sofa, loveseat and comfy chair.

Guests also have access to a half bathroom downstairs off of the hallway, as well as a full washer and dryer.

Two of the bedrooms are located on the first floor, with the first being the front queen master bedroom. This room has a wall controlled ceiling fan for added comfort, and a 50" smart tv. The master bathroom has a shower. The second downstairs bedroom is the perfect retreat after a long day at the parks. The back king master provides access to the pool through the bathroom and has a 50" smart tv and wall controlled ceiling fan for added comfort. The master bathroom has a double vanity, large soaking tub and separate shower.

Guests looking to take in the Florida sun will enjoy nature while sitting on the screened in patio, overlooking a pond. Whether you want to jump into the heated pool or unwind in the heated spillover spa, guests will be sure to enjoy vacation out back. Plenty of seating awaits, with a daybed cabana with lounge seating for two and outdoor dining for eight. Two outdoor ceiling fans will keep the Central Florida breeze flowing all day long!

If you prefer staying inside where it is cool, you will certainly find hours of entertainment in the private movie and game room. All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
