Welcome to an extraordinary vacation home in the Sunny Solterra Resort! With your vacation reservation, you will enjoy unlimited access to all the Resort has to offer, such as a state-of-the-art clubhouse, resort pool with private cabanas, hot tub, well-equipped fitness room, lazy river, tennis, and volleyball courts, children's playground, and recreational area. There is even a poolside cafe when you enjoy food and drinks such as frozen cocktails!

This gorgeous newly redecorated 6 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home is perfect for a large group or family up to 12 with a south-facing pool. From the moment you enter this clean open-concept home, you will be captivated by its beautiful professionally decorated interior. No expense was spared to create a stunning décor with luxurious accommodations. Guests have ample room to socialize in the living area, kitchen, pool & deck, or simply relax in the loft in front of the large screen TV.

This home presents many exciting options for entertainment. There are two game rooms, one in the upstairs loft with an Xbox, two controllers, a large screen TV, and 3 large reclining chairs. This area also is perfect for watching movies in oversized recliners. The second game room on the lower level contains a pool table and a foosball table to keep the kids or adults occupied in the evenings.

The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counters. The kitchen island seats 4 and the dining table has seating for 8.

Open the sliding doors and extend the living area to the lanai and pool deck which is fully screened-in and includes sun loungers and patio furniture where you can enjoy Florida's sun. The pool and spillover spa are lighted for night swimming.

Every bedroom has its own TV so you can retire to your own favorite movie at the end of the day. The kids will love the themed bedrooms, each with two twin-sized beds. One bedroom has a space décor and the other is themed with a couple of our favorite cartoon characters. Special lighting in the space room projects the stars and constellations on the ceiling for an intergalactic effect.

For your convenience, there is a washer & dryer, iron, and ironing board. Complimentary high-speed wireless internet access is also available throughout this property.

Located just 15 minutes from the Disney and Universal theme parks, and 5 minutes from shopping, dining and other area attractions, including a Publix Supermarket and a Walgreens drugstore, the home has all the conveniences you need to enjoy your vacation. There is also an Imax movie theater and many other stores such as Target located at Posner Park, just a 7 minute (4.2-mile drive) away.

Final payment is due 45 days prior to your arrival
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Pool heat available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.
The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
The Solterra Resort CDD charges guests an amenity access fee to utilize the resort amenities for the duration of your stay. This is a one time fee per house, per reservation. The fee amount is: 1-12 Guests = $35 13+ Guests $45.
Max of 5 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
