The space
Welcome to Grizzly by PMR, a solid, classic 5-bedroom mountain cabin that’s all about a relaxed Poconos experience. Named for the big wood bear guarding the front door, this house is a local favorite for families who want a clean, comfortable home base without a bunch of "don't touch that" rules.

Dog Friendly: We’re a dog-loving family business. Bring up to 2 of your dogs along (fee applies) so the whole crew stays together.

The "All-In-One" Great Room: Our open floor plan means the person working the grill or the kitchen is still part of the conversation. It’s got high ceilings and a wall of windows that let in plenty of light.

Everything You Need to Relax: A full-sized pool table, a card table for poker night, and a big stone fireplace for the end of the day.

Classic Outdoor Setup: Step out to the deck for a BBQ on the Weber gas grill or a soak in the private hot tub tucked underneath—perfect after a day at the lake or on the slopes.

Perfect for Groups of 11: With 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, it’s the right size for a couple of families to share without stepping on each other's toes.

Freshly Laundered Linens: We run our own private laundry facility. You’ll arrive to 11 fresh bath towels and clean, high-quality sheets on every bed.

A Ready-to-Go House: We fuel the grill, stock the initial paper towels and soap, and make sure the hot tub is hot and ready when you pull in.

Local Support: Our maintenance crew is right here in the area and on call 24/7 if you need anything at all.

Other things to note:

Pet Policy: 2 housebroken dogs welcome ($200 fee).

Free WiFi: Stay connected without burning your data.

What’s Included: We provide the pots, pans, dishes, and basic toiletries. You just bring the food, the coffee, and the beach towels.

House Rules: No Prom or Grad groups. Must be 25+ to book.

-Lake Harmony Estates is not a gated community.
-Parking is Not permitted on any road or shoulder within Lake Harmony Estates, Fines will be assessed.
--Summer Season: The house comes with 10 Beach Passes. You can purchase additional passes at the beach if you need more (Day, Weekend- 2 Days & Week- 7 Days). The beach parking lot is located at Wood Street and S Lake Drive. They only accept credit card payments at the beach.

- Please Note: No Prom or Grad Groups, even with adult signature or chaperones!
- Please Note: Hot Tub will be locked upon arrival, for Safety. The Key is located inside the house, in a lock box on the wall, near the door leading out to the Hot Tub. Enter code listed on box. Key is inside.
- The Gas Fireplace is Thermostat adjusted.
- The house has Smart TV's with Rokus. If you have a Netflix and Disney account, you can add them to the TV/Roku of your choice.
- Planning to fish during your stay? Persons age 16 and over are required to have a PA Fishing License.
- Check Out instructions:
• Remove any food/ beverages from the refrigerator/ freezer and dispose of the trash.
• There is a Bear Box at the end of the driveway with trash cans inside.
• Remove Linens from the beds.
• Leave towels on the bathroom floor.
• Clean dishes or put them in the dishwasher and start cycle before leaving.
• Return furniture to its original position, if moved.
• Leave All 12 Beach Passes (In Summer Season) at the property before you Check Out. A $35.00 Replacement Fee Will Be Charged For Each Missing Beach Pass.
• Remember to uninstall Netflix and Disney or the next guests will have access to those channels and could potentially rent movies, shows, etc. We do not check for guest installed channels.
• Lock all doors and windows.
• Be Sure Everyone Has Their Belongings (AirPods, Car Keys, Bathing Suits, Jackets, Shoes, etc.). Check All Closets, Drawers, Nightstands, Washer and Dryer, Couches and Under the Bed.
• Close the main entry door firmly and hit any button on the keypad to lock it.
