The space
Welcome to Wine Down by PMR, a stunning 4,404-square-foot estate where the name is an invitation to leave the daily grind behind. With 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms spread across three expansive levels, this home is the gold standard for family reunions, corporate retreats, or any group of 18 looking for a first-class Poconos home base.

Why Groups Love to "Wine Down" Here:

Soaring Social Spaces: The great room is the heart of the home, featuring floor-to-ceiling stonework, a warm fireplace, and vaulted ceilings. It’s the perfect backdrop for morning coffee or late-night storytelling.

The "Ultimate" Lower-Level Game Room: This isn't just a corner with a table. The dedicated game level features a pool table, foosball, shuffleboard, and dual flat-screen TVs.

Alfresco Entertaining: Step out onto 650 square feet of wrap-around decking to take in the mountain views. Enjoy the private hot tub under the stars or a group BBQ on the Weber grill.

Resort Amenities: Guests have access to the shared community pool, lake, and beach area via provided visitor wristbands—perfect for those sunny Poconos afternoons.

Chef’s Kitchen & Dining: The upgraded kitchen is fully equipped for the "resident cook" to handle meals for 18, with plenty of prep space and a dining area that keeps everyone connected.

The PMR Advantage:
Because this is a Pocono Mountain Rentals property, you are booking a professionally managed, high-end experience:

Resort-Quality Laundry: We manage our own facility to ensure every linen and towel is 5-star clean for your arrival.

On-Staff Maintenance: Our crew preps the home, fuels the grill, and readies the hot tub before you arrive. We are available 24/7.

Local Roots: We are a local, co-founder-led business. We’ve been the trusted name in Lake Harmony since 1999.

Important Community Details:

Community Pool/Lake Access: The development provides 8 visitor wristbands for access to the shared community pool and lake areas. Please note that the community does not allow for the purchase of additional bands.
