The space
Welcome to Skye View by PMR, the ultimate adult alternative to the treehouses of your youth. Perched among the branches with a massive wrap-around deck, this 7-bedroom, 4-bathroom estate offers a serene, elevated escape for groups of up to 22. It’s a home that blends the natural beauty of the Poconos with modern luxuries like an EV Charger and a Whole-House Sound System.

Why Groups Love Skye View:

Life in the Canopy: The expansive deck surrounds more than half the house, giving you the unmistakable feeling of living in the trees. Whether you’re sipping wine in an Adirondack chair or grilling on the Weber, you’re immersed in the forest.

Dual Living Areas: 22 guests mean 22 different personalities. Skye View handles the crowd with two separate living rooms, each featuring its own stone fireplace and Smart TV. This allows the kids to have their space while the adults enjoy theirs.

The "Social Core" Game Room: The third seating area is found in the game room, featuring a red-felt regulation pool table and another lounging area. Sync your favorite playlist to the Whole-House Sound System and let the good times roll.

A Kitchen Built for the Crew: The open-concept kitchen is designed for multiple cooks to work together. With a dining table that seats 10 in front of its own fireplace, plus breakfast bar and alfresco seating, there is plenty of room for everyone to break bread together.

Tech-Forward Travel: No need to worry about the drive home; Skye View is equipped with a dedicated EV Charger.

Privacy & Relaxation: Tucked behind a privacy screen on the lower deck, the private hot tub is the perfect spot to soak away the day under the stars.

The PMR Advantage:
Because this is a Pocono Mountain Rentals property, you are booking a professionally managed, "grown-up" treehouse experience:

Resort-Quality Laundry: We manage our own laundry facility to ensure every linen and towel for your group of 22 is 5-star clean.

On-Call Maintenance: Our local crew preps the home and fuels the grill before you arrive. We are available 24/7 during your stay.

Local Roots: We are a local, co-founder-led business. We’ve been the trusted name in Lake Harmony since 1999.

Other things to note:

Comfort First: Smart TVs in bedrooms and high-speed WiFi throughout.

House Rules: No Prom or Grad groups. Must be 25+ to book.

Security: A signed Occupancy Agreement and ID are required to finalize your stay.
