Welcome to Bobcat by PMR, a stunning 6-bedroom mountain retreat that is truly the "cat’s meow." Built of stone and wood with soaring beamed ceilings, Bobcat is specifically designed for multi-family groups of up to 20 who want a balance of high-energy fun and sophisticated quiet spaces.

The Private Poker Room: Tucked off the main living area, this unique space features French doors you can actually close. It's the perfect spot for a late-night game of chance, a quiet remote work call, or a focused "schoolcation" lesson.

Ski Mountain Views: Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the Great Room with light and offer serene views of the Pocono landscape and nearby ski slopes.

Dual Living Areas: With living spaces on both the upper and lower levels, the kids can have their movie night downstairs while the adults relax by the stone fireplace upstairs.

The Social Kitchen: Our kitchen features custom cabinetry, granite counters, and a central island designed for "sous-chef" helpers. Seats 10 at the main table and 3 at the breakfast bar.

Guest access
-Check In Instructions emailed prior to Arrival. That email will include your Door Code.
-You can go directly to the house.
- Beach Access - House comes with 12 Beach Passes. Additional passes can be purchased at the Beach.

Other things to note
-Linens and Towels Are Included. The house comes with Bath towels, 1 hand towel per bathroom, 1 bathmat per bathroom and a set of kitchen towels. The beds have pillows, linens and a light quilt.
-Hot Tub is locked, for Safety. The Key is located inside the house, in a lock box on the wall, near the door leading out to the Hot Tub. Read Instructions. Enter Code on box. Key is inside.
-The Gas Fireplace is Thermostat adjusted.
-There is a Bear Box at the end of the driveway with trash cans inside.
-Planning to fish during your stay? You are required to have a PA Fishing License.
