Located in the heart of Lake Harmony, we have spared no expense when it comes to your vacation! With over 4,000 square feet of living space, there is plenty of room for large groups and multiple families.

As you enter, the main floor features 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. An open living room, dining room, and kitchen create the perfect setting for gatherings and conversation. Just beyond the kitchen, you can step out onto the 400-square-foot deck, which offers full, unobstructed views of the lake. Relax on a lounge chair, take in the fresh air, or enjoy a good book. One flight up, you will find two additional master bedrooms with private baths and a loft area designed for kids, with sleeping space for up to 6.

The game room includes a brand-new American-made pool table, a poker table, a shuffleboard table, and a built-in bar with a 50" TV for all your viewing needs. The lower level also contains two more bedrooms and a full bath.

As you make your way past the bedrooms, you will be welcomed by a 400-square-foot home theater room that seats 9 comfortably in reclining chairs. Kick back and watch your favorite movie on the 75" big-screen TV or cheer on your favorite sports team.

From the lower level, you can walk out to the second deck, which provides access to the lake. Whether you choose to relax in the outdoor jacuzzi (emptied and refilled after every stay), dip your toes in the water, or roast marshmallows by the fire pit, there is no shortage of activities inside or outside the cabin. Bring your boat or jet skis and park them at your own private dock. Enjoy a cocktail along the water or walk two doors down to Nick's Lake House for alfresco dining. Canoes and paddles are available between Memorial Day and Labor Day (paddles and life jackets included). We supply the following items: towels, trash bags (2), toilet paper (2 per bathroom), and paper towels (2).

Holiday Weekend Rates
(MLK, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, and Veterans Day) require a 3-night minimum stay from Friday to Monday.

The owner accepts pets on an individual basis with an extra pet fee. The marina key is available with a deposit. There is also a one-time permit fee of $500 to use your own vessel on the lake. Permits can be purchased at the township before check-in. This home is conveniently located 1/2 mile from Big Boulder Ski Area and within walking distance of local restaurants and nightclubs. This beautifully decorated waterfront cottage is just minutes from Split Rock Indoor Water Park, The Galleria, and the Golf Course. Tenants have access to all Split Rock amenities that are open to the public for a fee collected by Split Rock. The lakefront property is approximately 20 minutes from Mohegan Sun or Mount Airy Casinos and is also close to Hickory Run State Park and Sand Springs free beach. This home sleeps 8 comfortably.
