Every room has its own balcony! This unit is unlike anything you have stayed in before, with elegant furnishings throughout. We have worked to make our unit totally unique. It has been a labor of love decorating and creating what we feel is an exquisite vacation experience. Ocean Walk is the centerpiece of the "New" Daytona on Daytona Beach's only traffic-free beach! The resort is located at the north end of the Boardwalk, across the street from the Ocean Center and Daytona Lagoon, the area's water park! Adjacent to the Ocean Walk Shoppes offering theaters and restaurants, the Boardwalk, and Main Street Pier puts you right in the center of all the fun, directly on the ocean. Our unit is tastefully furnished and personally looked after since we are licensed local owners & managers. We want to make your vacation a memorable experience by making sure all the nagging details are taken care of.

About Carmen & Dennis I am a 40+ year resident of Daytona Beach, FL and a native Floridian. Carmen and I have lived right on the beach at The Grand Coquina condominium since it opened in 1997. We are empty nesters and love to travel ourselves. I believe we have now been to all 50 states, after visiting Alaska in 2018. We also love our home state of Florida and have made many trips around the state. We have been doing vacation rentals since 2004. Carmen and Dennis purchased this condo in 2004. Why Carmen & Dennis chose Daytona Beach Ocean Walk is Daytona's finest oceanfront resort. It's at the center of all the activity in Daytona's tourist area. I really enjoy all the life and the amenities at Ocean Walk!
