Ocean Vistas 805 offers 2,400 elegantly decorated square feet, plus an additional 350 square feet on the balcony with a built-in Jenn Air grill. The living room, dining room, master bedroom, and second bedroom all have access to the large deck with beachfront and oceanfront views. As I've said before, you've never stayed in a place like this, and NOW is the time for those with discriminating tastes who want only the best!

This unit features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a washer and dryer, a large gourmet kitchen, and a summer grill on the balcony. It includes 2 king suites, 1 queen bed, 1 full-size twin rollaway bed, and 2 twin-size cushioned mats for the floor, comfortably sleeping up to 9 guests. There are also HDTVs in all bedrooms and a large one in the living room. The king suites and living room also feature high-definition programming. PLUS FREE WIFI!

This and more await you at Ocean Vistas, located on the beach 1.5 miles south of the Main Street Pier and only 10 minutes from Daytona International Speedway, putting you close to all the action and far enough away to retreat to the serenity of the surf.

About Carmen & Dennis I am a 40+ year resident of Daytona Beach, FL and a native Floridian. Carmen and I have lived right on the beach at The Grand Coquina condominium since it opened in 1997. We are empty nesters and love to travel ourselves. I believe we have now been to all 50 states, after visiting Alaska in 2018. We also love our home state of Florida and have made many trips around the state. We have been doing vacation rentals since 2004. Carmen and Dennis purchased this condo in 2004. Why Carmen & Dennis chose Daytona Beach Ocean Walk is Daytona's finest oceanfront resort. It's at the center of all the activity in Daytona's tourist area. I really enjoy all the life and the amenities at Ocean Walk!
