The unit offers sleeping for 10 with a full-sized Murphy bed behind the library shelves and a living room queen sleeper which has an air mattress upgrade for your comfort. We also have additional twin roll-away beds or air mattresses available. With 4 bathrooms, that large group can stay in comfort. If you want to cook, you'll love the gourmet kitchen. While cooking that meal, you'll enjoy both an ocean and river view—just turn your head!

For those traveling with pets, an additional pet damage deposit is required in addition to the normal security deposit, and vet records are required.

About Carmen & Dennis I am a 40+ year resident of Daytona Beach, FL and a native Floridian. Carmen and I have lived right on the beach at The Grand Coquina condominium since it opened in 1997. We are empty nesters and love to travel ourselves. I believe we have now been to all 50 states, after visiting Alaska in 2018. We also love our home state of Florida and have made many trips around the state. We have been doing vacation rentals since 2004. Carmen and Dennis purchased this condo in 2004. Why Carmen & Dennis chose Daytona Beach Ocean Walk is Daytona's finest oceanfront resort. It's at the center of all the activity in Daytona's tourist area. I really enjoy all the life and the amenities at Ocean Walk!
